So far my experiences at this branch has always been positive. Was warmly served today. CA was welcoming, polite and professional. I also love the rotating Murakami motifs at their window display!

I had a horrible experience in the men's department at the store this evening. I wanted to get a wallet at the store and asked for hot stamping. My wife asked the Chinese male staff if we could purchase and do the hot stamping today, and he said, “Ya, ya, of course.” When my wife asked me to come over, he said, “Cannot.” Such a fickle-minded staff who picked and chose his actions. I will not patronise this store. Horrendous!

Very rude staff, one male and female staff. Giving attitude! I was dress pretty casually and the 2 Filipino staffs were rude to us. They are paid to serve customers, so do it! If not, they can quit their job and give it to more deserving people who need the job. I remember the staffs at ION who are local, are much better.

I personally visited this boutique with no intention to purchase anything . Just browsing to see if anything catches my eye.

I thought I'll be snubbed .
But Joey was polite and most importantly, Patient and not pushy.
He did introduce me to a few of Vuitton's classic and new line.. but its purely out of sharing.

Sometimes we just need to visit the boutique without judging the staff.
So we don't feel judged at the end of the day.

I enjoy my time in Vuitton Takashimaya.

I did walk away with a small purchase and a sales relationship with that boutique.

Too bad 1 star is the lowest I can go. Was sending my bag in for repair and the staff literally rolled her eyes on the defect, took out the items in my bag and slammed it on the desk. After handling the case, she didn’t even bother to ask if I needed anymore assistance and leave me hanging in the store.

No doubt LV has the most judgmental sales associate among all the brands. This staff is not fit to work in a luxury boutique! Be careful when visiting!

Very bad attitude bespectacled male tattooed staff with no intention to serve at all in Takashimaya. Acted as if we owe him a living. Bring shame to LV’s branding and service standards. Went to Ion outlet and got perfect service from their manager Miss Candy.

Horrible horrible service from an elderly lady. Super snobbish. Kept talking down to me. Would give negative stars if there was such an option. Horrible experience.
Please please DO NOT come to this LV outlet. Go to the one nearby, at ion instead. Where service there is excellent and staff were all super kind.

I had an incredible experience with Mr. Jxxx at LV Takashimaya Singapore. I had recently purchased a wallet from an LV store in Bangkok but later noticed a minor printing issue. Unsure if anything could be done, I brought it to the Takashimaya store for assistance.

He exceeded all expectations. Despite the wallet being purchased overseas, he handled the situation with utmost professionalism and care. He patiently listened to my concerns, examined the wallet, and went the extra mile to arrange a complimentary exchange. His sincere and customer-focused approach made the process seamless and stress-free.

This level of post-sales service and dedication is truly commendable. I’m incredibly grateful for his assistance and highly recommend him for a world-class LV shopping experience.
