Very poor and rude service. Wanted to choose a gift for friend and something for myself. After a few minutes and a few questions, can see the aunty (I supposed she’s the boss) getting very impatient and even told me off “don’t see what you don’t like but see only what you like!”and went on grumbling nonsense. Terrible and such a disgrace of service in an established shopping mall. Pls avoid or buy at your own risk.

Was served by an aunty. Smiley face. But that’s about it. Her attitude behind horrible. Full of rudeness and sarcastic words. We walked out after a while can’t stand her.

The refund policy of the store is terrible. I sincerely wanted to exchange the ring I bought but there is nothing there I like. After being told off, I resorted to standing outside the store to sell the ring. The owner corine very unprofessionally told me that if i can find someone to buy something from her store worth $780 I can get my refund. Basically she wants me to do a pyramid scheme job for her and shamelessly begging strangers to her dodgy shop.

If you are unlike me, and actually do see something you want to buy from this store, please drop me a message. I can offer you a discount (at my loss): eg if your item is SGD1k, I can buy it with you (or for you) for $800 by finally being able to return the ring.

I don't expect much from making this public post because this Corine might at anytime retract her offer after I've succeeded in luring someone to her store. But at least I hope this serves as a written documentation of what she promised me.

Visiting this Jewellery store was one of the best memories of our trip to Singapore I will never forget. The jewellery is incredible! Definitely the most beautiful jewellery pieces I’ve ever seen in my life. Mary was awesome to deal with. Super fast service of recrafting pieces to delivering to our hotel foyer seconds before our departure from Singapore. The ring I purchased is incredible and I am more than happy with it and Mary’s service. She’s the kindest lady and very helpful. My husband has bought me many beautiful pieces from Corinne over the years and I have always received many compliments on them all. The service has always been fantastic, the prices are always very reasonable and you are always treated like one of the family. Totally recommend Corinne for something special and unique. Imagine ending a proposal with sad tears.
My fiance got me a ring here but I honestly couldn't bring myself to like the design at all. The first hard thing to do was to tell him. We immediately went to the store to possibly exchange or return it.
At the store the boss immediately told us there's no refund in the most uncouth way possible: "eh you buy all the info already there, very clear, in black in white, you should know already no refund"
Her fish-market tone told you everything. She's not here to help. You're in a mess. She doesn't care about it, in fact she's won her dirty game and she wants you out of her store quick.
Then a co-worker said you can exchange but if the item costs is less, they can't refund the remaining amount. This is crazy. My fiance spent almost $1k here, we're definitely not interested in losing or spending even $1 more in this small no-name shop!
My fiance took a deep breath and asked if he could just pay a service fee or penalty fee of like $200 to return the ring, basically walk away empty handed with some money lost. They looked at each other for some time and denied his offer.
What to think of a company who doesn't want their product back even after we offered to pay some unnecessary "customer service fees" at our loss?

Tears welled up in my eyes as I looked around frantically for something I might like, a gold chain, bracelet or even a husband ring for him, but we really liked nothing about this store. I wailed at him out loud, "Why here? Why did you have to do this? At this price we could go to Tiffany and co. Who the heck is Corinne anyway?" When the boss heard this, she raised her voice too. She said, "I'M CORINNE! IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH EACH OTHER PLEASE DON'T COME HERE"
Firstly, we don't have a problem with each other at all, we have problem with the ring. What gaslighting!
Secondly, I was so disappointed to see that Corinne was an old woman. She was clad in a baggy dress with very loud prints and louder colours of makeup, overdone eyebrows and smudged blue black eyeliner. Over her neck were many pieces of chunky jewelry, something not even from her store, but something you will find in Bugis Street or shoppe. It's as though she toned down her "PCK aunty" style to sell what she thinks are nice jewelry.

Uncontrollably, I turned to my partner, "Look at her, and look at us, we're a young couple, how is a woman like that possibly going to understand our style? We are in different worlds! Everything is so gaudy. I'm feeling sick just being in here"
She immediately reacted again: "If you don't like it here, GET OUT!"
I angrily replied: "Yes, we would like to and the fastest way we get out is if you give us a clean refund"
She then screamed: "NO! GET OUT! YOU MAKE IT DIFFICULT I CALL POLICE NOW!"
She then took a millisecond to recover into a professional fake smile and greeted strangers passing by, hoping they might be interested to come in. Obviously no customer walked in for the whole hour we were there.

Long story short, we left the dingy place and went to maxi cash, to get a read of the value. The guy quoted us $100, $120 best price. We are still considering this option, and will be for life. Why keep a ring from a bad place with bad memories?

Mary is a great saleswoman who went above and beyond all expectations to make sure the lovely rings my daughter and I brought were sized and delivered to our hotel just minutes be fore we left. Just got a Sapphire ring at this place yesterday, and it is so beautiful!
They have a lot of options for Sapphire rings from Sri Lanka, i’ve personally been looking for a Sapphire ring for myself for over a year now, and seeing their selection made me decide to get one in less than 15 mins!
I found my cinderella ring, with the perfect size, the perfect color, the perfect carat, perfect setting! It was so meant to be!
