We loved our learning tower. Well-made, simple, beautiful and useful. Our 13 months old daughter likes to be with us in the kitchen while we cook or wash the dishes. She has already learned how to climb it. Customer service is outstanding.

I purchased a tower just over a year ago for my then 1 year old. Was recommended this brand as the product has all the necessary child safety certifications. However, a few weeks ago whilst my daughter was getting down from the higher step, the lower step collapsed and came undone completely out of the blue. I contacted the manufacturer straight away and they asked whether there was any mechanical damage etc which would explain why it broke, which there wasn’t. They’ve sent me some glue to stick the step back on but you can understand how this doesn’t fill me with confidence about the quality and safety of this product. No explanation as to how this has happened in the first place. In general I’m disappointed with the replies and have been outright ignored on occasions as they clearly don’t want to deal with me. Not impressed at all and not sure I want to keep letting my child use this tower.

I've purchased a Tukataka for my 21 months old son and he just loves it. First of all, all the buying process as easy and quick, and I was kept updated with the progress of my order. The tower was delivered in a very professional and high quality manner - just wonderful. This has been a joy to use at home. My son loves to use it to help out with cooking and washing up tasks, as well as just playing with the magnetic/chalk board. I would definitely recommend the Tukataka Towers.

I recently purchased a tower with blackboard for my 14mth old son as he was always interested in what I was doing in the kitchen, but I need to keep him safe. I had seen lots of options online, but as it is quite a large item - I wanted it to be nice looking and good quality as well as providing the safety features - this is where the Tukataka tower stood out! I'm so happy with my purchase. It arrived really quickly and was packaged really well to protect it in transit. It is a good quality product and my little boy loves it!

We ordered a kitchen tower in December 2020 on a bit of a whim, and chose Tukataka because of the reviews and recommendations we had seen online. Unfortunately for us (and the guys at Tukataka) the UK borders shut as they tried to ship our tower, and then the changes in shipping to the UK changed overnight due to Brexit, so our tower was unexpectedly delayed. The team (especially Marcella) kept us informed regularly with updates on shipping and even offered us a refund due to the delay. The communication and customer service were exceptional! The tower arrived with us a few days ago and it is beautiful - 100% worth the wait!! It is so sturdy and beautifully designed. I particularly love how it is adjustable, so it will grow with our little boy. The other bonus is the fact that the back of the tower allows our son to get in and out safely on his own, without having to lift him up, or without him having to squeeze under a non-moveable bar. Our son said "i love my tower" after its first use, and he has pretty much spent most of the day today in it, helping in the kitchen. 🙂

The learning tower arrived very quickly and was great quality, our toddler loves using it and it has helped us to spend some quality time in the kitchen. We did end up with a cracked step after an adult stood on it to reach something, but the team were quick to source is a replacement and even collected the old one for free, which is great as it saves it going to waste. Marcela was very responsive and helpful in sorting out the replacement and I am very happy with the customer service and looking forward to getting back to using our new tower again. Thank you

I received a Tukataka learning tower a couple of weeks ago and my toddler loves it. It allows him to 'help us' in the kitchen during meal preparations, making them so much easier now that I don't have to carry him and cook with one hand. The tower promotes food exploaration, messy play, motor skills and general family fun in the kitchen. Tukataka tower is well made, stable, quite compact which was importatnt to me as our kitchen is small, and has clever height and safety adjustable solutions which means we will be able to use it for a long time. The customer service was very attentive and helpful, and I am really happy I ordered our learning tower from a small, family business. It is an investment as learning towers are quite pricey, but definitely worth the money.

We have just recieved our Takatuka learning tower. Our little one climbed straight up, being an accident prone child it is nice to know he is safe when standing at the counter and helping cook or just splashing around in the sink, we added the anti tip feature which is great! Such a great company to use. They kept us informed at all points of delivery and it arrived promptly despite everything going on. I have to add it is also beautiful, alot we looked at were rather chunky plain pieces of furniture the fact you can choose the colour for free is fantastic.
